This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Mio Cut Optimizer ("Application") for mobile devices that was created by Mio Shine The Application is targeted for Material(Wire/Glass/Sheet) cutting optimization.
We are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This privacy policy (the “Policy”) sets out the basis on which any information we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us, including how we may use, process, share and/or transfer your personal data. Please read this Policy carefully to understand our practices regarding your information and how we will handle it before accessing or using the Application or the services. By accessing or using the Application and our related websites, services, applications, products and/or content available on the Application (collectively, the “Services”), you acknowledge that you have read and understood the practices described in this Policy, and hereby consent to us collecting, using, processing, disclosing or transferring your personal data in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you should not access or use the Application or Services.

overall security of our systems.

is necessary to serve the purpose(s) for which such information was collected, including to
provide you with the Application or the Services. However, there are occasions where we are

terminated your use of our Application or Services, we may store your information in an
aggregated and anonymized format. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may also retain any

The Application is not directed at or
suitable for use by children under the age of 13 or the equivalent minimum age in the
relevant jurisdiction (“minimum age”). Users under the minimum age are not allowed to use
the Application. If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a

under the relevant age, we will delete the user’s information in accordance with applicable

personal data, you may not be able to use some of Mio Cut Optimizer's features and
functionality.
